Awesome, now I get to listen to a manager complain about her life while I wait for my food that may or may not be correct. While you avoid human interaction, technology cannot fix a lock on the bathroom. I would like for the bathroom to lock while I am using it. Nothing like getting the response or look that it's been complained about enough. Novel idea... how about you get someone to fix it?"

"This location is inconsistent. Sometimes they’re amazing and other times they’re the worst Taco Bell. I’ve had the best experiences during the day before dinner or late night. The past month I’ve gone three times and I have had terrible experiences. This location is closer to me than Patton Ave, but I’m gonna start going to Patton. They do a much better job. This time the tacos were barely full and the hard taco shells were broken. Was the second time this month where the hard taco shells were broken and barely filled. The one day I came through and asked for sauce, the person at the window went to put some in my hand..but wasn’t looking at me and dropped about half the packets onto the ground. Overall the service was pretty rude that day. One day I came through and the mobile app wouldn’t process my order. I showed the people at the window. They said they couldn’t help me and wouldn’t honor the mobile deals."

"Not sure what taco bell is thinking taking down the menus at the counters where u pay. Stupid move by whoever makes those calls. It's like yea we got food but u gotta have a phone to see what we have or play on our screen that won't allow certain preferences. Lmao the world is becoming like the movie idiocrocy. "Ordering food without a cashier was a nightmare. Took 4 times as long to place an order. No help with the machine at all and could not even ask an employee about a food item. Will not be coming back here again. Restaurants should be about the experience and interactions."

"Today at 6pm I placed a mobile order for pick up in store at 8:15pm. I ordered 3 Encharitos Supreme with added Rice, 3 Chipotle Chicken Burittos, and used my rewards for a free Crunchwrap. When I arrived at Taco Bell 67 Tunnel Rd, Asheville, NC 28805 at 8:10pm the inside of restaurant was closed, which is not out of the ordinary. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order. They handed me my bags and we drove home. When I unpacked my food, I discovered right away the food was cold, I mean really cold like it was made at 6pm when the order was submitted even though I clearly chose that I was picking it up at 8:15pm. Why would the app allow you to order ahead of time for a later order if the employees do not follow that? So now of course I cannot eat it without taking the risk of getting food poisoning. I also discovered that I did not get what I ordered. As you can see by the pictures, I received one Encharito, and it was not a Supreme. The other 2 were Beef Burritos with sauce on them and sour cream, also not Supreme. I want a full refund and my free Crunchwrap reward added back to my account. This restaurant really should be reported to the Health Board for the Food Safety Violations that were created here. I want to be contacted and informed about how Taco Bell is correcting my experience."
