"I went to jersey mikes in greeneville tn they charged me $10 too much refused refund and the girl was very rude then when we complained they called sam the franchise owner he wouldn't talk to me but told the manager to tell me to leave what a jerk why would anyone put up with these people no wonder no body was in there this is where you get a bunch of useless people to fail your business the one in colonial heights is great the one in greeneville is trash hey Sam your a shame to all other franchise owners"

"The workers are all friendly, the food is fresh and they train the workers really well they all seem to be pros at what they do and the food is amazing"

"I don't know if management has changed and that's why it's like this but Extremely Extremely Rude Staff, Cross contaminated everything while messing up an order twice! Then took our subs that they messed up and took them apart after they had left the store and rebuilt them. I will be going to the health department and will not come here again or atleast for a long time."

"I love Jersey Mike's, the food was great,clean restaurant, but I was the only customer in at 4pm . And while I was eating I saw an employee vaping in the food prep area. How gross!!!"

"I gave two stars because the food is wonderful. I'm not sure what's up with the employees at the register but they act like you're not even standing there and when you try to talk to them they act like they don't even hear you and God forbid if they would smile. Very very very very very rude I go there a lot and it just wasn't this one time. I go there at least two times a week but I'm starting to think maybe not so much anymore."
