"They are usually pretty good but we're out of biscuits @ 10:30 AM and said it was a 10 min wait so I just went on down the road to Hardee's."

"Went through drive thru this morning. A young man took our order of two steak biscuits on dark brown biscuits. On one biscuit we requested cheese and the other one tomato. We also ordered 2 large Dr peppers. We got to the window and paid for our order. We waited in line for quite a while at the window. They hadn't charged us for one Dr pepper. The steak biscuits were 2 for $5. We questioned about the charge of $11.93 for the order with the biscuits being on sale. We were rudely told that price was only valid if we didn't add anything extra to them. Does the jumbo sign in the window say that? No it doesn't. We sat there for so long that the guy came back to the window and told us our order was $7+ change. I told him we had already paid for our order. The order wasn't right. Had to send it back. The guy was getting more and more rude. By the time we got our food, the steak and cheese had the funniest looking piece of cheese ever seen on it. It looked quite a bit like an overcooked egg. We gave up and left."

"Installed app and placed order thinking it would be quicker. Very wrong!! I waited in the space I was told to after letting them know I was there. And waited, and waited..... Finally I called. After giving my info I was told oh it's sitting here. Eventually I got my food. Biscuit was burnt and tasted awful. Not sure if I'll ever go back."
