"The worst Wendy's in Iredell County. I wasn't supposed to come to this restaurant after having so many bad experiences with this particular place. They always manage to mess up something with people's orders. I specifically asked for simply no ice in my drink and almost every time, they don't get it right. And then for almost 4 years now, their drink fountain only dispenses soda water when I ask for diet Dr. Pepper or Coke Zero. Had them fix it several times and still, when I visit this place, it's the same issue. Someone needs to do something with that place bc right now, it sucks!"

"This Wendy’s is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what happened to the people that used to work there or what but last night I went there they forgot a whole meal. I had to ask for my drinks so I had to ask for my credit card back and the manager Cynthia offered to replace, my meal that was missing so tonight I go back to Wendy’s I ordered virtually the same thing I get my replacement meal and the chicken nuggets and my spicy chicken sandwich were cooked on the outside and raw in the middle. I am so disgusted with this location and then they purposely take the phone off the hook so it can’t ring For you to get a hold of anybody over there. You have to wait till the morning to call save your time and money and go somewhere else."

"Two stars for sandwiches only. Literally. The sandwiches were hot and fresh and we received what we ordered. The fries were cold, limp and unsalted. I ordered two sodas: Coke Zero and Dr. Pepper. I received two Dr. Peppers instead. When I tried to have additional toppings on one sandwich, I got a nasty attitude from the young woman saying “You get Mayo, lettuce and tomato. What ELSE do you want?” At the drive/thru window, at least four workers were clustered around watching YouTube videos. I asked for a drink tray and was ignored. This place is not worth $27 for 2 combos and extra sandwich. We won’t be back."

"Ordered 2 baked potatoes and an apple pecan salad. We requested 1 extra sour cream. Spent 14.10. We got our order out and we had no butter, no sour cream, and no salt or pepper. The salad came with no dressing.We were given 4 sets of plastic ware, and 20 napkins. The really sad part is we were the only customers there. So it’s not like they were stressed out and confused. Won’t be going back to that Wendy’s."

"Just spent 20 minutes and three return trips for a “quick” run through the drive thru. First, they completely forgot 3 sandwiches, I pull around after checking my bags and go back through the line to get my sandwiches. I get them and one of the more expensive sandwiches I ordered is a tiny single cheeseburger from the value menu. Have to go inside and tell them and then wait an additional 5 minutes for the sandwich to be cooked. This was all blamed on “shift change”. I get it; mistakes happen. But the staff was incredibly rude and careless, will not be returning to this store."
