"Don’t bother going through the drive thru if you have things to do. Multiple days this week and their employees are in there standing around and skipping through the store like they have nothing to do. My coffee sat in the same spot for 10 min. When 3 people stood with their backs to the window. Terrible service. Go to Starbucks and pay the extra money for the better service."

"Pulled up to the drive thru and they refused to serve me, would not even acknowledge is was there. I saw a person at the drive thru window when I drove away. Came back later and they closed at some random time and there's no note on the door or drive thru. They should just close permanently if this how they want to do business."

"when they first reopened i had a great first experience, sadly every single time since it’s been horrible , ordered a large iced coffee with extra pumps was told it was $49 then today 11/4/23 i went back ordered a large coffee with extra pumps and it took 15 mins to make my coffee and then on top of that it wasn’t even made right it tastes like absolute trash. definitely recommend going to the broad street location the service is always excellent and the coffee is made RIGHT."
