"Ordered a pizza and instantly called to make an adjustment. They told me my order was already in the oven which was fine. My husband got there 20 mins later and they told him they voided my order because the oven stopped working and that they called to tell me when they really didn’t. An hour drive for nothing."

"This place is a joke! But it lacks even being funny. Ordered on line to be ready at 6:15. I had people coming over at 6:30. I was at their drive up window at 6:16. After some shuffling around. The cashier calls the manager over. And she shuffled around too. Then the cashier comes over to tell me that they are just starting to make my order. Which wasn't what I wanted to hear! He says that it will be about 15 minutes. And asked me to pull up. So I did. After sitting there for like 20 minutes. The cashier comes out the back door and said that I was still blocking the drive thru. And wanted me to pull around front. Which I also did. To cut to the chase of this whole ordeal. I never got my order. And I will never be back!! It is the most unorganized store I have ever seen!! Sad situation!"
