"The food was good but the worst service! Went up and told them they were out of bread, waited another 10 minutes still saw all employees standing around at the front talking and on their phones, went up again only to be told they still hadn't put it in. Told them they were out of cottage cheese, saw the girl walking around talking to other employees while holding the cottage cheese container. Told them they were out of ranch, ranch never got refilled and my family was stuck scrapping the tub. Told them they were also out of sweet tea. Customers shouldn't be your reminder to fill things and went it is told it should be taken care of quickly, not employees staying on their phones and finishing a nonsense conversation about how they don't appreciate another employee never showing for her shifts and quitting."

"Came in between shifts, only 2 pizzas on the bar. Had to wait for ours to come out. Lucky there was the soup and salad bar full."

"I feel like this place has so much history that people overlook the fact that it's no really that good. We dined here last night and ate off the buffet. One good thing is the price. My family of 3 ate for $25. But honestly, I'd rather pay more and have higher quality food. Half the salad bar was frozen and looked like it had been sitting out for quite a while. The pizza was cold and had developed that hard cheese look, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while. The crust had the same look, feel, texture and taste as a saltine cracker. There was quite a crunch to it. The staff, although super friendly, didn't have the cleanest appearance. No one was wearing a hat while cooking food or restocking the line. One guy had his shirt unbuttoned with his chest hair out. It was quite the vibe. I can't say that we will return."

"It's been a while since eating here. We ordered 2 "make your own" large pizzas to go for 4 adults and we weren't disappointed. The ingredients were plentiful, all the way to the edge and tasted delicious! Not greasy either. A large pizza can easily feed 3 adults. The bill with tax was right at $37 which I thought was a bargain considering what we've paid at other places. You won't regret going here. We'll be back as soon as we can. We were hungry, so I forgot to take pictures. Hence, the pictures are of what's left over. I'd recommend."

"Unfortunately before my husband ordered he didn’t give me time to read reviews & we didn’t know this was also a buffet style chain restaurant. I’m sure there are some decent ones but not something we are typically fans of & had we known we most likely would have got food somewhere else. But he wanted to try something different & saw that the overall rating was high. This definitely ranks high in the top 5 of worst pizzas I’ve ever had in my 49 years; I’m from NY & have had a lot of really good as well as not-so-good pizza! My husband & I got 1/2 cheese for me & 1/2 pepperoni for him. The “crust” is extremely soggy & the cheese is obviously extremely cheap. I had to blot my half with paper towels 3 times (pics are AFTER blotting off the grease)! After 2 bites I couldn’t stomach another bite. For $20 it was a complete rip off. A frozen pizza would have been better & definitely would not recommend!"
