"If I could do a zero, I would went there a couple nights ago had to ghetto little girl in the drive-through think she was hard she ended up throwing ice at the car called manager. She did nothing about it said she couldn’t check the cameras, but all I heard was the girl talk junk which means the whole restaurant already knew she just didn’t wanna do anything about it when she open Her mouth I should’ve knew then that place is full of unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust anything out of there y’all need to control your employees for people end up getting hurt!!!!! And it’s been three days you think anybody returned the phone call they We’re supposed to checked the cameras. Nope!!!!!!!! And don’t let me leave out that"

"I went about 9:15, pulled through the drive through and woman said the system was down so it would be 10-15 mins till they could take my order so I was like, okay I’ll wait. Then she gets back on the speaker and say that they can’t do anything fried because their fryers are down. Seems kinda of suspicious to me that both of those things happened and seemed like they didn’t wanted me to order anything so they can get out of work. Other than that the burger was good. Usually don’t have problems out of this Burger King but tonight kinda rubbed me the wrong way."

"Went at around 10pm and asked for no cheese on a burger and the woman said she cant do it so their lazy staff clearly make nothing to order and give u a nasty stale burger that was made hours before. I passed but bf still decided to order and ended up getting food poisoning. I love burger king but this location is complete trash , never had a burger king say no to a simple request until now"

"#1 - They need to ASK if you want a dipping sauce or what kind of dipping sauce you want. I got ORings and asked for ranch at the window to be told it would cost extra because they gave me the "Zesty Sauce" that comes with ORings. No let me switch that for you, No nothing helpful! NO i eat RANCH; Did you ASK; NO!!! #2 - I decided to try the new Classic Chicken Wrap. The chicken was so hard i could hardly eat it. No telling how long that puck had been sitting in a holding oven. Won't get that again and DO NOT Recommend it! #3 - They did not give me a receipt!! SO i am not able to do the Feedback Survey due to not having all the numbers that are required to do the survey. Intentional?????!!! BK store #12048 in Hudson NC always has slow service, but they are usually friendly and you can tell they are trying, so its not a big deal to me to wait a few mins. However, at lunch, 12:20ish, today, Thur 9/14/2023; they were not the least bit friendly, the lady at the window was rather curt and rude and I honestly do not know at this moment IF or WHEN we will ever go there again."

"This particular time was awful ! I ordered an Impossible Whopper combo , waited forever and when I finally got it, it was hard as a brick like trying to eat a hockey puck ! She said that they were having trouble with their broiler . The funny thing is Nobody else was like that ! I swear I think they dug that pattie up out of the trash it was so hard ! I guess they don't mind that they just lost a good customer !"
