"Some of the best seafood I've ever had at a very reasonable price!!! The Mayflower onion was out of this world!!! So we're the collards!!! Our waitress was so friendly and attentive as well!!"

"We waited longer than seemed necessary for our food. Our server was more interested in sitting and visiting with an obvious regular (one of the other servers also sat and visited with him) than she was in waiting on us. She tried to give our food to another table, but luckily they told her it wasn't theirs and we were the only other table so it was easy for her to figure out where it belonged. The food was good, although slightly cold, and the portions were large."

"Not that much of a fan because of the atmosphere. It’s a crusty seafood joint. The food was alright, but the atmosphere detracted from my experience. It was an awkward environment that made me uncomfortable for some reason. The prices didn’t reflect the quality at all either. The salad I got was lots of iceberg lettuce and cheese with a mild amount of meat."

"Saw this restaurant as we were passing by and decided to stop in on the way back. I wanted some great seafood but great was not what I found with a couple exceptions. Our greeter did not greet us she grabbed a couple menus and walked away. My wife gave me a nudge to follow her. For a seafood restaurant, I found the menu had limited options / types of fish. I chose the fried platter which had perch, scallops and shrimp. The scallops were small but they were cooked just right. I was disappointed in the batter they used, it was completely void of taste! I usually do not season my food but I had to in this case. I did like the hush puppies tho they were very tasty and served in a unique way. Our waitress was efficient but not very friendly. At the end of the meal, she left the order ticket and disappeared. No explanation, no total amount and after sitting awhile my better half took the ticket up front and paid. I would not recommend this restaurant. I have other reviews on Google, click follow and see if one helps you on your next adventure!"

"Delicious food and attentive service! A wide selection of menu items with large portions and reasonable prices. We were really impressed with how little grease was found in the fried food. Can't wait to visit again!"
