"If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my phone here to have the back screen replaced because it had a few cracks in it, other than that my phone was in great condition. I dropped my phone off in the morning and was told to come back every few hours and it would be fixed, however, each time that I came back throughout the day I was told that it still wasn’t fixed. I was not able to leave with my phone until 7:30pm that same night. Once I finally picked up my phone, yes, the back had been fixed, but my phone was intermittently shutting on and off every few minutes. Also, the camera had water bubbles in it and you could not take a picture because it was just cloudy. I was able to get it fixed at a different location and was told by the person who fixed it, that it was one of the worst repairs he has seen on a phone and that my phone would’ve broken again the next week due to how poorly they repaired it. I would never recommend anyone to come here."

"The worst service I've ever received they wouldn't get no stars from me at all! Took my phone to get the screen fixed, haven't had it back a month and the screen is cracking along with the back lifting up. Went back to see if they could fix it and was told nothing could be done after paying $250. BTW "I was told that the reason the back is lifting is because they took the glue off" come on now!?!? So just a fair warning don't go there to get your phones fixed go elsewhere!"

"Always helpful, whether its setting up a new phone you purchase there or bringing in your own device. International plans for those with families abroad making it an ideal and cheap spot to handle your needs. Thr only downside to this would have to be the few selection of devices and the higher price. That being said its a local merchant and should be supported."

"Great prices and customer service! The staff is very honest and made sure I got the phone I wanted and fit my needs. It's a 2 hour drive to this store but for me well worth it!!!"
