"We chose this location for convince but three strikes and they are out! The last three times we picked up pizza the order was wrong. The manager (very apologetic and kind) comped two pizzas to make up for it. Got home with those pizzas and one was completely wrong. Asked for extra sauce that had no sauce at all. Ask for extra toppings which were not added either. We will go elsewhere from now on."
"When they don’t have enough pieces of chicken to complete your order, they will just give you less, but cut them in half. Edit: Sorry Kyle. But this is the second time this exact scenario (cutting chicken in half after cooking) has happened (to me) at the Conover, NC location. The first time I allowed you to “make it up to me” with a free pizza. This time, my poor review will stay up and everyone will see it. There is no making up for CHEATING your customers."
