Wendy's

"Wendy’s is one of my favorite restaurants, and i am VERY disappointed to say this, But this was the worst service and meal i have EVER experience. The workers were rude and VERY unprofessional. The food was cold and the frozzti had Ice cream all over the outside of the cup making a HUGE mess in my car. When we ordered, the server did not bring us are drinks. the server rolled their eyes at us and stomped off. This was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning to this location ever again."

"I ordered Wendy's off of door dash, and EVERYONE knows the prices on door dash are already 2-3 dollars more. So I place an order on door dash for: a ten piece regular chicken nugget combo with a large fry and a large Dr. Pepper with honey mustard dipping sauce, and then I ordered a chicken sandwich only lettuce tomatoes and mayonnaise, and then another ten piece chicken nugget by itself with a strawberry lemonade for my husband. The door dash guy delivered the food with great timing only to give us an entirely different order. They gave us two 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets with a small fry and a chicken sandwich with bacon lettuce tomatoes and mustard and a strawberry dragon fruit drink. No receipt either. Now I have to wait an hour just to get a refund from doordash just to even get me some more food from somewhere else. Absolutely disappointing. Regardless that our order was placed at 10:00 at night and the day is almost over, Wendy's employees still have a job to do. You go in clock in and serve customers. No it's not the greatest job, but you're feeding people. At least give them what they freaking paid for. Total neglect and disregard for people's money. What a waste of an establishment. Will not be returning. If I could give this location zero stars I would."

"They were busy but still got all of our stuff quick and ready to go. The forgot the fries, but got them quickly when I told them. The bad points were the fountain drink machine was out of several things and the bathroom could have used some attention."

"After a long day of work I go to Wendys on the way home for my 2 kids. I ordered on the app but went through the drive through. Four cars were in line, two of which left after 20 min with no visible movement within the line. I had to wait another 15 minutes at the speaker box until someone said something and another 15 min at the window all for something I could have made myself in 2 minutes flat. Almost 45 minutes for 2 cars. All my food was cold yet again. (Third time in a row) Large Caramel coffee was almost pitch black and tasted like it was sitting on the burner for the last 12 hrs. Tasted burnt and the drink was inedible. I legit feel like i'll get sick if i drink it. You should all be ashamed, straight up embarrassing. Will not be returning, even if it was FREE!"

"3 orders across 3 days, each completely wrong. I don’t normally leave reviews but how hard is it to read an order placed and correctly make the item… I order chicken sandwich I got a burger. I ordered large fries and got small. Never open on time. It’s ridiculous. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. You’ll wait 20mins in the drive thru line for room temp food that’s not even what you ordered. There are maybe two workers that are reliable when handling orders. But when they are absent the place goes to hell."
