"Every time I arrive there is a long line. The service is slow and sometimes I am online for 30 minutes. It's crazy here most of the time there is only one drive through open. This store really needs restructured."
"Ice cream machine down of course. That will always be a complaint against McDonald's. Either get a machine easy enough for people to clean and serve your Mcflurries or take them off the menu."
"Staff of young folks very friendly towards my family and I as we came from Rocky Mount (Nash County, NC), mostly what I like is the store is clean inside and outside especially the parking outdoors. Very fast service and drive thru was moving along pretty good"
"mcdonalds can be really hit or miss depending on location/employees/etc. I was VERY satisfied with my food today. It was made very well. Everything was hot and salty and perfect. Employees were also very kind and seemed to be enjoying themselves. 10/10. I have no idea why this location's reviews aren't higher."
