"Weddles Transmission has demonstrated unconscionable incompetence and unprofessionalism. It is a wonder they are still in business. I took my Sprinter van to them and they put in a rebuilt transmission that didn't even last four months. This part of the process was not without its own challenge. The work ethic was poor, communication lacking and customer care deplorable. However they completed the job.... Needless to say, the transmission did not last long before it completely went out. I attempted to contact Weddles Transmission to no avail. Jeff the alleged owner is the embodiment of poor leadership without any barometer for moral, ethical business practices nor adequate cognitive ability to operate said business. There is never an answer when you call and they are at this time actively evading responsibility. This leaves me without any other recourse but to retain legal counsel and pursue litigation for the faulty transmission, breach of contract and all the time and expenses while unable to operate my own business without the sprinter van. If this review has not yet made it clear enough thus far, let me be explicitly clear, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WEDDLES TRANSMISSION! I have since learned that they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and nor should they be; they are criminal in their negligence and poor business etiquette and I look forward to seeing them in court. Also I'll be contacting the military control board to get this business blacklisted from doing any business with military personnel active or vets STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!"
