"Been going here for years, there was a HAIR in the food. When we told the manager about it. He laughed. he laughed. The assistant manager laughed. What is wrong with you??? We as an entire family have been coming here for years. You definitely lost several customers for that. This could of been taken care of much differently and professionally."

"Roberto provided us with excellent service. The food was plentiful and very tasty. It was an all around great experience. We will come back when we are out this way."

"Excellent food. I have always ordered their catering platter and it has always been good. Recently I went inside and ate a meal in the restaurant. It was sooo good, everything was hot and delicious. The only thing I think they could improve on is their restrooms, they seem very dark and maybe dirty. Not sure because of how dark it was but there was graffiti on the wall."

"I absolutely love Mi Pueblo! Unfortunately after finishing what I wanted of my food I noticed a hair in my food as I was placing the left overs in the box. Also, my dad found a chicken bone in his food. After bringing attention to the hair to the waiter, which I was not expecting full compensation for, he asked to see the hair. It was light in color, and so is my hair and he proceeded to say that there were no cooks there with that color hair (insinuating that I placed the hair there myself). He offered no apologies whatsoever for the incident with the hair or the bone. We received no compensation and proceeded to pay $83 for our meal on top of still tipping him $10. I was simply disappointed because it is one of my families favorite places to eat. Please know I would never come on here to be ugly, I just wanted everyone to know about this sad situation."
