"Jerry is a great store manager.. I ordered front brakes for a 1991 Plymouth colt ,2 different sizes my luck I got the wrong ones and Jerry so politely ordered the right ones.. A real pleasant guy... Most definitely will use this AutoZone again!"
"Jerry the store manager is the best part of this AutoZone. They are all friendly and helpful"
"What am I going to say? These people were brilliant just brilliant. Warm and friendly. Very very helpful and they had the part I needed when I needed it. It's a little bit off my usual travel path but they have earned my custom and I will definitely go back. Put my other parts needs whenever I have the opportunity. If you want, parts at a place with friendly people then this is the parts store for you. Thank you again for all the help you gave me."
"Jerry was extremely helpful and gave me advice for a new alternator and belt. My car is not fit to drive a long distance until I get the new parts installed so he even offered to let me use the store phone to call home if I didn't have my cell phone on me in case my car broke down on the drive back. Super great service!"
"I would give it a no stars if I could. Looked up online to find out when they opened. The web site said 7:30AM. I was In a hurry as always, just like everyone else and was standing at the door at 7;28. At 7:35 I could see someone in the store moving around but they didn't seem concerned about opening the door. Stood there for another 3 minutes waiting patiently finally gave up and went down the street to O'Reilly. All I needed was 2 cans of brake cleaner. Next time I will just start there."
