Reviews
"The food was hot and fresh. The salad bar was well stocked and clean. The service was great."
"Pizza Hut has really disappointed me since the original manager left. No one wears hair nets, not an apron in sight, street clothes with inappropriate things on them, every employee looks filthy. It’s just not how it used to be. Do better Pizza Hut! The store used to hold their employees to a higher standard… well, it doesn’t anymore."
"This is an average pizza hut. I had the buffet so I tried many different options. The buffet had two many cheese pizzas. The pan pizzas are very good but the thin crust are bland and dry. Overall a good experience and reasonable price for lunch. Selection on the buffet wqs good with a couple of different pastas that were good."
"There really needs to be a way to award zero stars.Total disappointment today. I've gone to the buffet many times over the past several months and enjoyed it a lot. Today there were four pizzas, most half gone, on the buffet the entire time I was there. All thin crust. I asked the waitress when there would be more put out and she said soon. Never got a drink refill. Waited another twenty minutes then had to leave to get back to work. The waitress rang me up and said "Decided not to wait, huh?" Asked her why there wasn't anything on the buffet, now only 2 half pizzas. There were other people there as well, still waiting. I was told they had a new manager and they weren't allowed to put more out when they weren't busy. Maybe but you have to feed the people who were there right? She just threw up her hands and said there was nothing she could do and that she just works there. Terrible answer. I worked in food service for years and ran a very successful pizza buffet as well. They just don't know how to do it properly. You have to give people something.... anything.... and you can't jus blame it on the owner. Oh well. My advice to the owner/manager is to shut down the buffet if you can't run is successfully at a profit. You're just causing more folks like me to not come back and therefore making it even less busy. Even in small town Madison, there are ways to "Out pizza the hut". Won't be back. Good luck bilking people for their money until you run out of customers."
