"I like Sbarro Pizza by the slice. Good variety to pick from. The service is good. Nice employees working there. Convenient to get something to eat while shopping at the mall. My biggest complaint is your high prices on food and drink. For that reason I seldom eat at Sbarro!"

"The manager who was prepping my pizza order and drink, had no personality nor any patience for me to decide on which lemonade I wanted to try. Literally felt like I was being rushed when nobody was in line behind me. His attitude was so uncalled for. & I'm 9 months pregnant so I'm sorry for wanting to make sure I get a flavor that i will like. Then he just gets on his phone in front of everybody and doesn't care to look up for the other customers coming into line. Screw that manager. I won't be back."

"Overpriced and underdone. Pizza was gooey through the center and the price for 2 to eat was over $25 at a pizza place. It’s just not worth it considering the many better alternatives in the food court."

"Food was ok but cant give any higher than a 2 because I was grossly overcharged and didnt realize it until later on that night when I was at home. For 2 cheese pizza slices, 1 pepperoni slice, 2 Pepsi's and an apple juice...I was charged $25! Did the survey and told them about it but was told it was correct for what I ordered...I looked at the prices online and figure I was overcharged by $10! I actually like their pizza but wont be back again"

"food is decent at best is my opinion. If you are buying by the slice it is kind of expensive. If you buy the whole pie the price is almost equivalent to just the 2 slice deal with a drink that they offer. At least when you buy the while pie the food is fresh out of the oven. I am a pizza lover, so me leaving a 3 star on a pizza restaurant really is saying a lot. The customer service is really good and the people working are nice. You better have good teeth to eat here because the crust is pretty hard!!!"
