"Food was trash, the 12pack Cinnabon delights were hard and dried out, even the cinnamon twists were too hard too eat, the dorito loco taco was stuck to the packaging, the chalupa was hard, nothing was good in my order and I waited 10 minutes at the window like it was fresh lol and this location is new. This is one of the reasons I stopped eating out but I used to like the chalupas and Cinnabon delights and thought I’d check the new location out but what a waste of my $24"

"I ordered the Nacho BellGrande Combo and the total cost was $12.70 The young lady at the window was very polite and got my order taken correctly. The problem is that I got the "Take-out order" and I forgot to check my order before I left. When I got the Nacho BellGrande plastic container out of the bag it looked almost empty. They are supposed to weigh 11 ounces and I'm guessing mine weighed about 6 to 7 ounces, maybe. The Nacho chips were 3 layers and I did not get what I paid for. The food was good but the portion size was for a child. I'm extremely disappointed! Please check your order before you leave the drive-thru window!"

"02/03/24 7:30pm… 13 minutes to get our food, only car in drive through. Saw 2 customers leave because they weren’t taking orders I’m assuming to pad their timing. Three employees standing around near the window instead of helping make orders. Not even so much of a sorry for the wait…. Everything thrown in bag and messy… wont go back to this one."
