"I recently visited Hardee’s and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by their staff. The employees were incredibly hardworking, ensuring every customer’s needs were met with efficiency and dedication. What stood out the most was their unwavering respectfulness towards everyone, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Kudos to Hardee’s for having such dedicated and respectful team members. They truly deserve five stars for their outstanding service!"

"Location was dirty on inside, tables weren’t clean, employee smoking Marijuana in bathroom, location smelled of marijuana as soon as you walk through the door. People were friendly but not working and standing around when clearly there was plenty to clean. Food was cold and fries weren’t fresh. Location wasn’t busy at the time of service around 4:30pm on 1/27/24. I will not revisit this location due to the general operation and cleanliness issues, and I professional drug dealing going on. I felt very uncomfortable in the location."

"We used the drive thru, and even though it took a minute for the food to be ready, the cashier was extremely friendly. She even talked to my dogs. The food was great, although they didn't take out the onions and pickles from one burger."

"Such a disappointment that what was ONCE a good place to eat is now the worst in our town. Customer service is terrible. Doesn't cost anything to greet a customer, smile, be kind, & do your best. When the person working behind the counter tells a paying customer "YOU GET WHAT YOU GET" after waiting 15 minutes (inside for take out) for 1 cinnamon roll, you better run out the door! With those attitudes no telling what goes on in kitchen where you can't see. The newly remodel looks great from the outside, but the remodeling isn't complete if you know what I mean. Hardee's of Yadkinville is slowly closing their own doors... By the way, the cinnamon roll was hard as a rock and broke the plastic fork. Couldn't even eat it..."

"Although they have undergone a remodel the restaurant still lacks on food quality and cleanliness. The tables stay dirty even during slower times. Staff is lacking on fulfilling jobs effectively. Management is probably to blame due to fact of managers brings grandchildren to work and babysits them while trying to run restaurant. The grandchildren are very young and cute but doesn't excuse the fact if working shouldn't be watching the kids instead of the business. Food is burnt or old when served. Worst Hardee's ever been to! Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff should also be remodeled as well."
