"Took my wife to the Autumn Leaves Festival again for the first time in over twenty five years. Forget about the festival food booths she wanted one of Snappy Lunches world famous fried tenderloin sandwiches all the way and I wanted a hotdog all the way and a tenderloin sandwich. The line to get in the restaurant was almost to the end of the block. When we finally got In and got our food it was even better than I remembered it to be. Will not be waiting another twenty some years to eat here again!"

"Had to wait in line 15-20 minutes but it went fast. Can't beat the prices. I had the BLT-- very good. But they were out of plain potato chips when we got there on the late side. My friend tried their famous pork chop sandwich and said it could have used more seasoning, but for $5, worth a try."

"Neat place to stop for lunch. We've never been to Mt Airy and we we're looking forward to trying their famous pork chop sandwich. The line was long to eat inside so we placed it to go. Young girl running the register was not a bit friendly and acted like she was miserable. Ordered it all the way, super thin pork chop dipped in what looked like pancake batter, tomato, chopped lettuce and slaw on regular bun. Love the area and atmosphere but sandwich was a disappointment. Also, they don't have fries and we're out of sweet tea. Good prices."
