"Being in the mood for delicious wings I stopped in and then saw a sign that they only had non sugar drinks which I was fine with. The employee further mentioned or to me as I was still ok with the drink issue. I ordered 5 bone in wings with garlic buffalo sauce, fries and Texas toast and a drink for $11.44. The wings were dry and not any bigger than my thumb! Sauce and service was good but I probably won’t be back."
"Food was good, but the staff could learn a lot from Chick-fil-A. Good, nice and helpful staff go a long ways with me. The floor don't look like have been cleaned for a week. We would have gone to Chick-fil-A if they open. They have very nice accommodating people there. Always asking if they can get you anything."
"I have not been to Zaxby's in over a year due to my last experience. Everyone deserves a second chance. This goes around. Everything was much better all the way down to the service. This salad was amazing, especially the dressing. I hate that they are taking it off the menu. I wonder if it would help to ask them to keep it?"
"Stopped in to grab lunch here today, one word describes it all. DISGUSTING! no one inside eating but my family. Every table was dirty, trash was running over. The floor was sticky and nasty, not to mention there was a box fan from counter to kitchen blowing contaminants all over the place.. I could go on but ill stop here."
"Amazingly priced! Real chicken! The most courteous staff for a fast food clean I have seen in forever! Selina was an absolute sweetheart with amazing customer service and really cared about making our meals as perfect as possible! I wish this was up north where I come from! A real southern treat!"
