"Guy came out and did not even attempt to look at my fire place. He said I needed sand and embers in which they sold. Which my fire place does not require to have, if he was a professional he would know this. If you want to pay 75 dollars for 5 minutes of time then use them. Otherwise call an actual professional."

"They installed a chimney for my wood stove. I also purchased a flame retardant base area from them. The prices were great! The owner actually dropped off the base himself and helped me put it in the house giving me helpful hints.
