"I just wanted to follow up with my review from when I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox with 44000 miles. As you can see from my previous review I had issues as soon as I signed for the car, being a female, I guess they thought I was stupid and they could tell me the reason why the car did not have any oil in it was because I drove all the oil out of it, in 3 days. The car had massive issues with keeping oil in it which I found out from reviews. I kept the car running for about 2 years with constant issues having to be fixed and the engine was done. That cost 3k to replace, after that repair , I may have driven for 6 months before I was back in the shop every month for something. I could not even begin to tell you how much money I have spent on this car, it has been parked now for about 6 months becasue the transmission stopped in this car. So I may have gotten 6-8 months out of this car that it did not have some kind of issue going on with it. I made the dealership aware and they did not care at all, my car my problem. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LYING PEOPLE. You have seen plenty of reviews on here telling you how bad they are, please believe it. I walked in this place and told them what I needed in a vehicle and that I had an ederly parent that I had to travel to, and this is what they did to me. I was completely taken advantage of and learned a hard lesson from this purchase. So many people they screwed over and like alot of us have said, how do they sleep at night???"

"They worked really hard to get me in a vehicle so I could drive it off the lot and immediately start having issues with it. I would never ever consider buying a vehicle from these people again. They sold me a car with a ton of issues and they knew it. I went back to them several times about the problems and they could have cared less. I was told that is what happens when you buy a used car, my car my problem now. I have spent more money on this car than the car payments I have made. Now it is sitting with my mechanic and a blown engine. I can not believe these people comfortably sleep at night knowing how many people they screw over and take their money with a smile. You can only lie and take money from so many people until it finally comes back to you. BEWARE - this place is a joke - money making scam. You give West Jefferson a bad name."

"Everything was great. The guys were helpful, allowed me to test drive a couple of times. I purchased the vehicle. After that though, it was like a ghost town. I contacted multiple times because they gave me the incorrect spare key. I called, & emailed several times, but it was like pulling teeth. They hardly ever responded, and when they did, it was a blanket response. This went on for a few months until they wore me down and I gave up on getting a response from them. I have yet to receive a spare key. Be thorough before you sign an pay. Make sure that spare key works, and verify everything is in order before purchase. Because after you sign, they will ghost you."

"Tony helped me so much in a purchase of a vehicle. He offered a variety of choices of payment financing as well as extended warranty options. (No pressure whatsoever). He sat with me in the vehicle and explained all of the vehicle options, features and things that I didn’t even know existed! (There are a lot in the vehicle that I purchased). I had more questions the next day, all were answered. He has a great manner, his staff are wonderful too! More than helpful. (Fantastic staff). My vehicle got delivered to my home within 2 hours of purchasing. Such a great service all round. If you want security in knowing that you are buying a vehicle from a place where you don’t have to worry, then this is the place. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle. So happy."
