"I love Taco Bell and their $5 chalupa box is a great deal! Although the last time I got Taco Bell. I got two of the $5 chalupa boxes and neither of them had the chalupa. I called up there and they put my name down to come and get them sometime so at least the issue was addressed."

"Wow! I can’t believe we just paid $8.12 for 3 crunchy taco meal (no lettuce) and this is what we received. All 3 look exactly like this. Y’all should be embarrassed to give these out!"

"I eat here frequently. The value menu is great for a snack or cheap eats! My favorite is the deluxe cravings box, so much food for a good price!"

"Fortunately, it seems the current staff and managers are doing great. (I hope it stays this way) Over the summer, my daughter always swung by before work to grab her lunch. I really don't want to feel like a Karen, but after 6 or 7 times of either getting the wrong orders, items forgotten, the food being a sloppy mess, (No, I promise it was uneatable) I finally went inside to ask them to correct it. Even then, it took them 3 times to get it right. (3 beef & cheese soft tacos. ) The manager there only said, "Eh, they're just teenagers." I was polite and patient because I know things can get hectic, but I figured if our orders are always botched, then I'd imagine they do it a lot. The excuse of being teenagers was not cool. Again, I hate posting negative feedback, but the GOOD news is that our last visits have been good. I noticed different faces and a different manager, so hopefully, it's back to normal. I hated having to drive 20 minutes out of the way just to go to the N. Wilkesboro location."

"Every time I have gotten an item with chips they have tasted like chemicals or metal. It seems that they don’t change their oil often enough? That is the only explanation I can think of for it. Otherwise the food is decent, but it’s hard to enjoy your nachos when they are chemically and soaked with oil. The people who work there are exceptionally nice!!! It’s such a bummer to have this issue with the fried foods when your employees are so kind!!! Seriously though!! They have gone above and beyond for my friend with dietary restrictions!! And have always been super sweet at the window!!!"
