"We here often. The milkshakes are great. The only thing is they need to come up with a turtle milkshake like the candy where they mix pecans with chocolate with caramel and create a milkshake like that. Every time I go to the line I order that and they look at me like I'm stupid when I tell them I want a turtle milkshake! They use walnuts instead of pecans cuz they said they didn't have pecans. Hey I think it's a good idea everybody likes the old fashioned turtle candy!"

"Food is amazing hot and fresh, very busy order was over $100 dollars and we got it all less than 3min. Very clean inside and out, the Employees was very nice very sharp and clean I must say. The manager Kevin was the best."

"Had to wait on cashier to take our order like over 5 minutes Food was not hot, tea was completely empty and customer service just sucks. It's 46 degrees outside and it's like an icebox inside the restaurant. Oh...The order was wrong and bone in my BBQ sandwich. Manager just took her sweet time so hear my compliment about my BBQ sandwich that had a big piece of bone in it and that the food order was wrong."

"OK, so I guess Cook Out had just cratered in regards to food quality. My "big double" had two tiny, misshapen patties that looked like boomerangs. They dis not even cover the bun. It was a far cry from big. Had it not been pouring rain I would have gone in for a refund. I won't be going back."
