"Anyone in the area can tell you how busy this place can be, especially from breakfast to lunch. The food is a good quality based on the prices, although I have noticed a difference in quality depending on the shift, but this doesn't fall out of expectations for a fast-food restaurant. The atmosphere inside is accommodating, well-lit, and adequately clean. The absolute best part is the service. I have never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive thru unless another customer increases the time. The people that work here deserve as much as can be given, this place is a model of efficiency in a fast-food business. All interactions with staff have been polite, courteous, and pleasant; with any mistakes (if any at all) handled well and to the customer's satisfaction. This is one of the main reasons I go to this location specifically."

"Average food at best. Thought the tenders were okay but Don't really see what the hype about Bojangles is about honestly. But that's just me."

"Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. When we got to the front to order, we had to repeat everything we said. Got our order and was missing a fry and a macaroni and cheese, as well as a boberry biscuit combo. Went in and told them and was only replaced the missing fry. A lady standing inside said she had been waiting for 15 minutes for her food so I knew I'd be waiting probably just as long if I showed them that they was still missing 2 things so I left without the food I paid for (I had a sick child in the car and at this point we was just ready to get home). Got home and had hair in the fries."

"I really enjoy the food here, it's always fresh and great quality. Service is typically fast and always courteous. My only complaint is I have never gotten my full order. I always double check the box now because there's a missing side or some other element. It's not been a problem to get a replacement, but it's a 20 minute round trip. Overall, great food and service."
