"Car stuff makes me so anxious because I really don’t know anything about it, but this place was so kind and helpful! I sent an email to schedule an appointment and they replied within 20 minutes. The guy at the counter was incredibly kind and welcoming. The lobby/waiting area was really clean, and they had a lot of tables available to wait at. They also had coffee, water, and wifi available. I was able to comfortably do my homework while waiting for my car. The person working asked if I would like to see my car on the floor and showed me my brake pads and rotors. He showed me the difference between my really worn-down brake pads and what they should look like. I’m incredibly thankful that he physically showed me the parts of my car because it helped me learn more about my vehicle. Not once did I feel patronized to; the people here were genuine, kind and seemed passionate about their work. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. If you get stressed about car stuff like me, this is a great place to go. I’m planning to get all my car work done here in the future."
