"Outstanding service! We had a GE Profile double wall oven that had been in storage for a while and unfortunately it was brutally attacked by mice. They chewed up the internal wiring and peed on the cooling fan motor, seizing it up. When we installed it the week before Christmas, we got an error message and the oven did not work. We called three places, desperate to get it fixed before Christmas as we had a full house coming for the holiday and a big meal planned. One place said they couldn’t come out for two weeks. Another said they didn’t serve our location. Appalachian Appliance said: “We’ll be there tomorrow.” George came out and inspected the damage and said he would expedite the parts needed. On Christmas Eve day — only three days later — he came out with the replacement parts and fixed it. George and Appalachian Appliance saved our Christmas! I highly recommend these folks if you have an appliance challenge. It’s great to see this level of service in today’s world."
