Bojangles

"Paid 10 dollars for a three piece supreme meal…the tenders they gave me were tiny (pictured next to sauce cup for reference). Not to mention they were all dried out. Really sad for a ten dollar meal. Along with a half filled small fry. I eat here often and I will say the last couple of times have been really sad."

"Maybe it's just me but I think Covid has changed this and other Bojangles I visit. The biscuits are smaller. The country ham was paper thin. I also noticed the prices aren't coming down after Covid like many of their competitors. I went to my local store in West Jefferson last week to get a Chicken Supreme dinner. The strips were tiny the size of nuggets. It's become the norm. I also had to wait 15 minutes and it was lunchtime. Time to wake up Bojangles."

"Food was fine. Whoever was working the drive thru around 10:30 on 10/31 in Jefferson should not be handling money. My total was $9.39. I gave her $20.39. I got back $6 and some change. I don’t like to speak up but I did and I said I should have got $11 back. She said no, because you gave me 0.59. ???? I didn’t argue and decided to just go on about my day and let her enjoy the tip but I figured with speaking up she’d understand her mistake but she didn’t and made it worse by telling me a different amount. If she’s unable to count money, she shouldn’t be handling it."

"Obviously I love this place. Biased against it because I used to work here, much better place to eat than to work. I get a Cajun Filet Biscuit combo literally every day. What else can you say about it?"

"Really disappointed in the chicken. It was super small and overcooked. The chicken strips were so overcooked they were hard, and so little. The fries were overly salty. The Dirty rice was excellent and so was the tea and biscuits. Kids were satisfied, Adults were not."
