"I made an appointment over two weeks ago. At the time of booking, I gave my insurance information and everything was fine and they accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. The day of the appointment I get a phone call that my insurance isn’t accepted and then they hung up on me. I called back to ask why I was turned down and also why the girl hung up. She said the doctor doesn’t “really” take my secondary insurance and doesn’t want to see me. I then asked why did she hang up and she denied it. They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL office I’ve ever encountered. Needless to say, I’m in excruciating pain because I have a fracture and two tears. They didn’t care at all!"

"Dr Cox did my shoulder surgery. It was a clean out but necessary and he did a great job! Was able to use my arm very quickly and with minimal discomfort relatively speaking. The surgery process was very efficient, I felt well cared for and was sent home with the shoulder packed very well! Not to mention that Dr Cox has a great rapport with patients.
