"Never have any issues with my kids visits. Their on point and get labs done quickly."
"Dr. Than is an excellent doctor. But trying to get through on the phone can be an all day endeavor. The referrals he makes for me don't get done unless I go back in person. And the authorizations required by Healthfirst medical insurance, again very hard to get staff to do them. Also, why is this clinic closed so often when the days open are supposed to be Mon. -Fri.?"
"Nicola is the best at drawing blood from children. Someone else messed up before her but she came in and did it with ease. She drew blood from 3 kids without issues"
"Been on hold for almost a half hour smh. Then they pick up for literally a second and put you back on hold. Sometimes I have to go there just to find out my doctor has too many patients and reschedule, not even a phone call in advance. Many of the staff does not really care, as it is just a job for them. You really get what you can afford."
"There is lack of professionalism at this location. I get a phone call , the staff informed me that i my child needs the labwork done again. I was told to come any day between 830 and closing hours, i needed no appointment. When i get to the place at 830am there is no medical staff available. Its now 9:20am and there is still no one here to do the lab work."
