"Doctor Sanchez is amazing and really cares....the reason for 3 stars is beach the front desk is HORRIBLE. Very rude and disorganized just trash. I hate dealing the front desk people and they don't answer the phone and when they do it's like they are whispering. Just horrible"

"I considered myself very lucky to had been under her care, even for a short time. Unfortunately when you most need medical care it’s very hard to find help and she was the best I could have gotten, I moved and can’t see her anymore but anybody who is wondering about how good she is I would definitely recommend her, extremely professional and caring and at all time trying her best to help. I am still waiting a 9 months period for my appointment with the specialist and since January when I made the appt until September and found only one doctor who just cause more harm than help, reminding me how much appreciated are good doctors these days."

"Worst front desk person I’ve dealt with in my life! Definitely need nicer people working there. Older lady with glasses with the worse attitude, no care for patients asking questions super rude. I dont Mind the wait because Dr. Sanchez is a good doctor but she was the reason I left without seeing the doctor, I’ve been coming here for years and today was the last! That lady needs some customer service training and shouldn’t be at the front desk if she doesn’t like her job. Also I was there since 11am it was Around 1:15pm when approached the desk, I was Waiting for over 2 hours with no food in my body all morning since my appointment was for a physical and needed blood work done, and on top of her attitude I was Also told I had 7 more people in front of me without any apology or acknowledgment at the fact that I was Literally starving!"

"The wait is ridiculous… it’s disrespectful and somewhat abusive. I feel like I’m a hostage waiting to see the Dr. I understand we’re in a Pandemic and Dr May be overwhelmed. But why book 4-5 people for the same time when you know it’s impossible to do so. If patients are late, they should reschedule. It’s is unfair to people who are sick to have to endure such a long wait. Gonna look for a place that respects me and my time!"
