"Very accessible surgeon who was with me every step of the way before and after surgery. Loved his personal touch to patient care, including his responsiveness to e-mails whenever I would have questions!"
"Unprofessional, not helpful. Sometimes textbook knowledge is not enough to be a good trustworthy doctor. I had an appointment with him to go over the MRI he ordered for my daughter. I explained to him at the appointment that we have another appointment with another ENT for a second opinion. When that was told to him, the mood completely shifted. He was rude, withheld information and told me that the other ENT will give me that information and tried to show us that we are wasting his time. As a doctor aren’t you suppose to care for your patient ? Especially the patient is a 4 month infant with profound hearing loss. He didn’t make an effort to show that he would be a good surgeon for our daughter."
"I don’t usually write these, but I had to leave a raving 5-star rave review for the incredible care Dr. Manzi has provided for our family. He is generous with his time, professional, knowledgeable, and above all trustworthy, which is the most important quality in a doctor that you trust with your child’s health. My husband and I feel so grateful to have found Dr. Manzi— he has made the process of keeping our kids healthy easy and stress-free. I wish I could give him 10 stars, he is the best!"
"Highly recommend Dr. Brian Manzi for Pediatric ENT needs. He was clear about the surgery process and answered all our questions. Post-surgery, our child had minimal pain and healed well. Dr. Manzi was also easily reachable for any follow-up questions."
