"While Dr. Shukla is great and the Staten Island office is very well run, I have been trying to get CPAP supplies for 9 WEEKS to no avail. I call every week, always get a call back but no results. Update 9/11: I got a text today that CPAP supplies have been ordered. I've been trying since 6/30 to get this done."

I spent countless nights anxious about the future because no doctor took the time to help my daughter and this doctor is my saving grace. I have insurance at that time but I had to pay cash because I didn’t have my insurance card yet.They said they will give me a refund once insurance had paid the bill. .Since my insurance had already paid the bill, I have been calling and asking for refund of $300. Unfortunately I have not received any call from them and it’s already been a year. I guess I won’t be getting my refund anymore."
