"We have been bringing our son to this office for the past 2.5 years since he was born. Whenever my son is sick, I'm able to get him an appointment quickly (same day or next day usually). I've never had a problem with scheduling his well visits either. When I call with worries or concerns, the nursing staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The doctors are excellent, especially Dr. Bienstock who is our primary doctor, but every doctor we have seen has been great. I appreciate this office and definitely recommend this practice."

"Called in to make an important 4 month visit appointment for my daughter. Told the front desk that i can do fridays only and she put me on hold without saying anything. Then put on to another lady which also put me on hold back to the first lady. I asked for an appointment 2.5 months out and she proceeded to tell me that no doctor is available until January! 5 months of no appointments for fridays which is insane to me. I hate to switch doctors for my child but i have no choice in the matter. What also is dettering me away from this place is that they are charging my insuarnce company 580$ per visit."
"I called regarding a concerning health issue for my teenager. She has been a patient since she was a baby, but I never had any serious medical issues. During the last few years, it has been impossible to get a well-visit for sports without waiting 2 months or more, so we began to do the sports physicals at CVS. Well, today, when I called about a concern regarding my daughter's well being, they told me that since she had not been coming for well visits (which they never have appointments for) they would not see her for a serious health concern that we had. This seems downright unethical. Changing doctors immediately."
"Our 1-year old has been a patient at the Pompton Plains location since birth. However, we are growing increasingly frustrated with this practice. First and foremost, we have little to no negative feedback directed at the practitioners themselves — we are generally pleased. However, we did experience one MD aggressively attempt to push the COVID-19 vaccine on our baby at 12 months; this rubbed us the wrong way. My wife and I are neither “anti-vaxxers” nor conspiracy theorists — far, far from it. We simply prefer to wait until more testing and research is conducted on younger recipients. Second, the front desk staff — collectively — has the charisma of a room of bank tellers and the warmth of a Soviet submarine. A smile goes a long way… Lastly, from a business lens, this is a poorly managed operation. Being a great pediatrician and running a business are mutually exclusive. Their book of clientele is too large for them to effectively manage. It is nearly impossible to schedule a same-day appointment, and when you call, it feels like you’re on hold with the IRS. Being a patient of a pediatric practice should be a positive experience. Parenthood is challenging enough…"
