"Very unprofessional. . Front desk ladies are very rude . . 1st time I have ever heard that a patient cannot be seen due to language barrier. I don’t recommend this place at all . Get people who really want to work . This place is ridiculous. . . No one should EVER be discriminated ! Patient called someone how knows English and they still refused to see the patient . . All the patient needed was a drug screen"

"I find the staff at labcorp to be very inconsistent- sometimes they are excellent and other times, alarmingly bad. I was in Swedesboro labcorp on Wednesday November 29 at 11:45 am for routine blood work. The woman who took my info and then drew my blood was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at labcorp. I was hoping to be in and out of there but she talked and socialized for several minutes until I finally asked her “ are you gonna take my blood now?” But what really bothered me is that she said she couldn’t find Dr Robert Ames who ordered the bloodwork ! So she sent it to Penn Medicine - it ended up in my portal two days later. I do not even see that dr anymore. Unbelievable."

"Staff was very rude insisting that I give her my credit card. I told her I don't have copay for lab. Refused to draw my blood and I was fasting. Needed to call supervisor. Had someone else draw my blood...also very rude. Site supervisor was useless. Been going here for over a year every two months. Had always been a positive experience. Will not be going back."
