"Did Dr. Madison ever come back I really liked him"

"Medical staff here is fantastic but the front desk staff leaves room for improvement. My husband used to see Dr. Robinson growing up and wanted to keep with the same practice when we recently moved back to the area. Well... he went for an appointment. My husband had been waiting in line for 10 minutes to be checked in, making him "late" to his appointment. The receptionist then told him that because he was "late" they would no longer be able to see him. Keep in mind, the total time was maybe 10 minutes after his scheduled appointment time. He thought she was joking but apparently not... He pointed out that he was only "late" because he'd been waiting in the lobby for her to be available? Thankfully he was able to be seen and get the referral he needed but yikes. Like all the other reviews say, the front desk staff is not great - poor customer service to say the least. Feel bad for the rest of the practice because there are certainly many other options for PCPs in this area to choose from with friendlier staff."

"I've been a patient here for at least 8 years. I was recently back. I didn't have ANY problems with the staff, receptionists or anything. I live Dr. Madison and Dr. Venuti. I think these people are just being rude! I never had an issue going here."

"I have been a patient of J Venuti for over 3 years. I lost my stepdad this past Christmas to Cancer and the Doctors have been great to our family. My complaint is with the a few staff members who show little regard for information privacy and discuss openly at the office loudly personal medical information that can be heard throughout the reception area. Very unprofessional and negligent! It’s Unfortunate that the Doctors are great but have to endure HIPAA violations because of their staff! Clean house! And Training /empathy might be a better option! Of course the staff easily disregards anyone who complains as “unstable”, yet fail to acknowledge their lack of training and stupidity when it comes to VERBAL HIPAA privacy policy!"

"Dr. Rob Venuti has been my physician for just about nine years and is absolutely wonderful. He truly cares about his patients and will help in anyway he can. His appointments are always a little late but that's because he's talking to the previous patient trying to work with them for the best method for the proper road to recovery. The reason for the two stars is the god awful receptionist. Other than the Fattores they are rude, cady and give you an attitude on the phone while making appointments or with any question you may have, as if you are wasting their time. If it was not for Dr. Rob I would have left a very long time ago. So, if you can handle rude receptionist to get amazing service from a doctor that truly cares about your well being I highly recommend."
