"Currently sitting in the waiting room. The receptionist right now, as I sit here typing this, is loudly complaining about a patient that came in. Talking about African American people and how she is just doing her job. Really ranting and raving about something that occurred here. There is a male now with her also joining in on whatever they’re loudly talking about. Very unprofessional. She then yells to the waiting room that they don’t give results and it’s their problem until the portal updates. She’s really angry because she keeps saying if someone smack her she will smack them back? There is another female expressing how if someone disrespects her, she’s coming out of the desk area into the waiting area and laying hands. Aren’t these medical professionals? Not thugs??? I don’t know, just is very unprofessional right now."

"Woman behind desk was beyond rude; had a questionnaire before test that I answered “yes” to one of the questions. If you answer yes they are to call dr and get verbal confirmation if written was not provided. My dr requested I go to get this test done immediately and knew that I had taken the medication listed. Instead of doing her job or even simply reading the form she had me fill out, she simply refused to give me the test when it states to call dr for verbal conformation and then proceed with test. When I attempted to point this out she just refused again and called the next patient in."

"We’ve never had a bad visit at this location. The staff are always friendly, kind, and caring. A huge thank you to Edwin who always goes above and beyond to provide top class care. My son was very nervous about having routine labs drawn, and he helped put his mind at ease and went out of his way to make things as seamless as possible. I myself have my moments when getting labs drawn and he has always been nothing but the nicest. When a person is genuine and cares about what they do it truly shows!"

"I’m not speaking of Labcorp the business entity but specifically the staff at this particular LabCorp. Homestead, Columbus, New Jersey .The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and competent. Anna, I believe her name is ,is probably the best phlebotomist as far as her accuracy with blood draws I have ever seen. She is stern yet kind, and caring. My daughter has a severe phobia and anxiety over needles in general. This phlebotomist is the only one who has ever been able to calm her down and do a perfect blood draw. No digging around and or bruising with this lady."

"I had a fast and easy experience at this LabCorp location! Check in was easy, the staff was kind and attentive, and the phlebotomist was precise and great at their job! I came at 12:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon with no appointment and had no wait, as there was only one other person in the waiting room. If I ever need bloodwork in the future I will absolutely come back to this location!"
