"I wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow however there is no way to contact the Neptune or the Oakhurst office except online. So I went online to both places to book an appointment and both places have that there are zero appointments available for the next two weeks So if you can't get in contact with anybody and you can't book it online I guess you're supposed to go to another company because LabCorp is not impressing me at the moment."
"I will never go back to the Neptune LabCorp again. I get routine blood work done several times a year and have never had an experience like today. I arrived and checked in at 8:55 for a 9:15 appointment. I was not taken until 9:47. But the worst part is I did not walk out of there until 10:47. The technician spent at least 25 minutes trying to enter my lab work into the computer for the labels and then had a hard time finding my veins. I asked for another technician. I miss the gentleman that used to be in this office. He was friendly and efficient."
"I went to this lab today and I don’t understand all the negative reviews! I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment, the women at the front desk were all very friendly, and my tech (I wish I got her name!) was absolutely lovely. She was super sweet and I did not feel the needle at all. I think people forget that labs are also very overwhelmed in recent years and the workers probably feel very burnt out! I would definitely go back to this LabCorp in the future."
"My child Sophia is terrified of needles but Leo came in and made the whole process smooth. He even noticed her exzema and made the Robert band Comfortable. Later she noticed the stickers said smile maker and said that's what he was cause He made her smile. Great job thanks"
"My 2 year old son had to have bloodwork done for the first time. (I normally would have brought him to the brick location because I love the staff there and I knew we wouldn’t have had any problems)but unfortunately they are temporarily closed. I live 3 minutes from the neptune location so I came here with my son, the woman behind the desk was so rude to everyone there not just me. If you can imagine- 2 year olds are very impatient so I politely asked about how long the wait would be - she rudely says I can go sit in my car and that was it. An elderly man arrived 30 minutes after us but was seen before us including multiple other people too. Not sure why anyone would make a BABY wait longer than adults?????? NOW let’s finally get to him having the bloodwork done- both ladies were awful. The woman LISA (thanks rude lady behind the counter for yelling her name to me) held my sons arm so hard that over 30 minutes after he was done he STILL has finger marks on his wrist from this woman, he still can barely move his wrist that I’m getting concerned she could have fractured it or even worse and broke it. (It Was impossible trying to get a picture but you can still see it the finger marks) I 100% understand that toddlers sometimes need to be restrained and held down- but when my son is SCREAMING owwwww because of how hard she’s squeezing his hand and not because of the needle in his arm then that is a very big problem. They both immediately walked out of the room and say to each other, “wow I need a drink after this” while my poor son is sitting there screaming and crying on the top of his lungs because he is in SO MUCH PAIN. If a crying baby in pain because of something YOU did makes you need a drink after work then you ladies chose the wrong career path and Labcorp should have people who actually care about the people coming in. You have a sign on your door that says “some heroes wear lab coats” — you ladies, are the FARTHEST thing from any sort of hero and I hope you are aware of that. - sincerely a very very very upset and angry mother"
