"Awful experience. Their scheduling is terrible and they often mess it up. On multiple occasions I’ve scheduled appointments for my elderly mother only to take a day off of work and get her there to then be told the appointment is at a different time. They changed it! Not me!! Do yourself a favor and choose another group of doctors."

"We use to love this office because of the providers. I feel like since they moved it has slowly went down hill. We use to see Dr. Schmidt but had to change because she wasn’t seeing patients. We loved our new replacement but the staff is just horrible. The last few times I have been sick nothing covid related I am instantly turned away and told to go to urgent care. Why do I have a PCP who has my records if I’m always told to go to urgent care? Today I called to get a sick visit because I feel like I have an ear infection. I was told to go to urgent care becasue there isn’t much they can do at the office for me! I said all I need is for somebody to look into my ear and see if it’s infected I’m confused on why I would go to urgent care for that. She repeats the same thing she said previously so I said that doesn’t make sense and just ended the call. It’s definitely time to find a new office that actually likes to see their patients and not sending them to urgent care for normal office things."

"Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the doctors here because I never got that far. Let me start by saying that the staff here are extremely unhelpful. I made a new patient appointment online OVER TWO MONTHS ago for 1/23. I got the appointment confirmation and details. I called a few days before my appointment to give them my updated insurance info and confirm my appointment. They stated they did not have an appointment in the system for me. When I confirmed the date, time location and what doctor I was scheduled with, they explained that the doctor I scheduled with "is no longer at our practice and hasn't been for like 2 years". If she has not been at the practice for that long, why on earth is her online scheduling still available online, and showing she is accepting appointments and new patients? why did no one call me to inform me that my appointment was canceled? I waited two months for this appointment. Their response, "Well I don't know what to tell you." How incredibly wrong and what a lack of customer service. They transferred me over to their scheduling line who then tried to say they couldn't get me in until March or June... I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding the scheduling issue so clearly on their end. She took my info and I still have not heard back from anyone regarding this."
