"Total scam. Called them before scheduling an appointment to ask about the total cost of the travel certificate and we were told $85. Getting there, they told us it would be $400. Receptionist said $85 was deposit only, doctor said $85 was the exam but not the paperwork so clearly everyone in this office is full of nonsense. Per the signage in their office, they give a $15 discount for a positive review so that explains the 4.1 rating."

I called FOUR offices in Forest hills for help before reaching this office the receptionist was warm and texted me the address right away. When getting there the office was difficult to locate and the same receptionist came to get me. I filled out forms and even it being a Saturday I was speaking with the vet in 15mins. The veterinarian was a sweet woman who also enjoyed seeing our rabbit and asked us 100+ questions to get to the bottom of everything. Turns out he just wanted to our lives a little more interesting he’s perfectly fine. But the reassurance was there and we are 100% coming back for regular and emergency visits. Thank you!"
