"Doctors are quite good but the operations are absolutely abysmal and have been for as long as I can remember. I dont know how the office manager keeps her job. It is worse than dealing with government agencies - I’m serious. Just look at all the ratings of “1”. In the end, it really falls back on the doctors because they know there are big problems but they never get fixed. Awful! I would give them a zero if that were possible."

Messages left with office staff as well as messages sent via portal are either not being passed on to the doctors or the doctors are ignoring them. Also, this place advertises as taking walk-ins without an appointment yet turns away registered patients saying to go elsewhere. For a medical office, this is unacceptable."
