"I was actually scared to come see this Dr after seeing all these horrible reviews. I found her and her staff to be very nice. She was thorough, and asked me questions about my health. She also did bloodwork with no issues. She was not in any rush, and even asked me if I had any questions."

"Outdated equipment, a tailor's tape measure taped to the wall for your height. The secretary seemed so depressed to work there that I could barely get a smile from her. Dr. Arora was cold, unprofessional, and blatantly incompetent. She tried to make me do things that I could not physically do and got angry and confused because I'm disabled. This office feels like a bad place from a Stephen King novel. I've been to lots of doctors, good and bad, and I advise against going to this "doctor". She has the bedside manner and healing skills of an icycle through the eye. You've been warned. P.S. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this must be shared."

"The female doctor here constantly talked over me, cut me off, and proceeded to bend me into all kinds of very painful yoga-type positions with a lot of pressure after I explained the severity of my arthritis and muscle weakness. She literally yelled at me when my strength or flexibility wasn't up to her imagined standards after meeting me for only 5 minutes, and kept pushing harder against me and forcing my limbs into more painful positions despite me telling her to stop and saying that it was painful. Also, she was TERRIBLE at taking blood and had to stab me like 5 times, I literally went to get bloodwork from Labcorp right after this and they got blood from me in one poke with zero issues and asked what the h*ll happened to my arms due to all the bandages I came in with. We certainly had a laugh about this doctor's incompetence. I only came here because I was forced to for an evaluation, do NOT come here if you have any choice in the matter."

"I was in the office today. There is absolutely no privacy here. I heard directly threw the walls. She even talked about a patients information so loud the waiting area heard it. I had someone waiting in the waiting area for me. If that were me I would be furious! Also someone was being brought in on a stretcher and it just did not fit in her office. She had to clear the office out to take the patient in the hallway."
