"First time there very easy to find. No wait friendly and professional"

"I usually absolutely LOVE this location and I don't go to any other location. I will still continue to go to this location because the phlebotomists are phenomenal!! However with that said, I'm annoyed that I was made to sign in, as a walk-in there for an appointment and wait (while someone was sitting at the front desk) to hand off a urine sample. I usually book my appointments online, I never walk in because I know from previous experience that that can be a lengthy wait. I was told I could just "drop off" the sample when given the materials to take home the previous day. To me, that means handing it to them and being on my merry way, not signing in as a walk in and then waiting for someone to open the door to hand them the sample. The person at the front desk isn't capable of receiving the sample? I really had to sign in and sit and wait for the phlebotomist to come out the same door and accept it and say, "thank you"? I don't understand, they literally just had to take it from my hands (all paperwork was in the packaging, which by the way, the person who did eventually receive the sample, never looked at or asked about the paperwork... literally took it from my hands and said thanks. Don't get me wrong, she was extremely friendly, very kind, the same phlebotomist that drew my blood and gave me the at home urine kit 24hrs previously. It is not her fault that the person at the desk didn't get off her butt and take the sample). Needless to say that I felt like my time was wasted, sitting there when the person at the front desk could have received the sample. Absolutely ridiculous. For this reason, I took one star away."

"Did on-line check-in. Alyssa texted me when it was my turn. Alyssa checked me in and also did the blood drawl. Quick & easy. Also very pleasant! Would Highly recommend this location"

"Excellent location. Super clean. Laura is very nice and was able to get my labs done on the first try. I was even taken earlier than my appointment."

"The girls I had at this site were so nice and helpful. I had to get a good amount of blood drawn, and we had trouble finding a vein. I got very light headed and felt sick. The girls helped me and gave me a trash can, cold compress and water. We were able to get all the blood needed and I felt good enough to leave after but they made sure I was good to drive. Awesome experience with the workers, definitely will be coming here for any future needs."
