"When I first Went to check My Insurance, The clerk was pleasant but not certain how to verify my Coverage. A colleague was sitting next to him and offered very little assistance. He verified My Insurance but neglected to tell me that the Opticians Section Was Not Part of my Plan. It would have been helpful to know that. On. the day of my Appointment, the Woman checking me in was Curt and unfriendly. The Woman that came to the waiting room to greet me didn't introduce herself, brought me to a room and sat me at some device without explaining what was being done. Then to the exam room, she performed a couple tests. All the while I didn't know who she was or what her role was. Eventually Dr Landolfi into the Exam room and was VERY PLEASANT. She was very kind, professional and thorough. she answered my questions in a way that I could understand. I will continue to see her for my Vision health."

"I have not seen any one doctor at this practice who are attentive and have real concern for a patient. They look unhappy to be there. I specially remember Dr.Ng and Dr. Schneider. Both of them were rude, condescending and ignored my concerns and questions. Dr. Ng acted as if I am bothering her by coming to see her for my ongoing eye problems. Dr. Schneider kept telling me to stop talking through out the whole visit when I tried to explain my symptoms. Not surprisingly, my eye problem was misdiagnosed and was not properly treated until I saw another ophthalmologist later. Eventually, I thought why keep giving them my business when my feelings are hurt every time I visit this practice. I felt unwelcome and unappreciated each visit. If these doctors are so unhappy seeing patients and have no respect for their patients, they should stop practicing medicine. I decided never to return and switched to a different practice."

"There is bad service, and then there is lying. We went to try on glasses and looked up the pair we liked online to see of it came in different sizes because the one they had did not fit - the "helpful" staff then offered to do the same after we told them our size issue. They *pretended* to search online and told us that the company did not produce any more sizes and we had to settle for what was in the store if we liked that frame. Because we looked them up, we already knew the company made the frames in three sizes, and the company was charging $99 for the frames, while Millennium had them listed for $199. Then the contact issue - they gave us multiple brands to try a year ago, and when we came back this year to get tested (and found the prescription had not changed AT ALL, they doctor quoted us $80 for a prescription (after insurance paid for the $100 exam) with the contact lens that worked best. When we complained, they reduced the price to $40. Then we left. This place is absolutely horrible. Everyone from the doctors to the staff are liars bent on extracting the most money they can from you. This company facilitates an extremely unprofessional and disturbing culture and there are many better options in the area that I hope put them out of business."
