She makes sure she takes the time to answer all of your questions with full explanations; 3. She prescribes hearing solutions that are specific to your lifestyle, hearing conditions, with due consideration of the patient's financial situation; 5. At subsequent visits she carefully and thoroughly makes all setting, software and mechanical adjustments that fits the patient's needs. 6. She is always available with prompt call backs for any telephone inquiries I make with regard to my hearing situation; 7. She is super intelligent and seems up-to-date on all recent research.
