"If they have the minus star, I would love to do it for the staff there. I love my doctor but the staff are horrible and the system even worst. Avoid being a patient here any chances, they want you to come every 6 months to keep the status of inpatient or else you will be come a new patient to them and your appointment will be 2 months after"
"I give Dr. Caggia + nurses 5 stars, I love her and am always treated well by nurses. But the facility staff is just horrible. Every time I call I get put on "a brief hold" and after 5 minutes I just hang up and try again 30 minutes later. Same scenario :( I have an appointment with Dr., she asks me to fax something to fill out, i send it. days later I call and get "Oh, fax it again, we never got it" without even asking my name. (and I made sure I had a fax acknowledgment the day I sent it, and YES to the right #. Could it be sitting in my chart or something. geeesh. So I fax it again, call back, hold for 3 minutes, ask them to check, hold for 2 minutes, come back on the phone with a NASTY attitude and "YEAH, WE GOT IT" CLICK.... Really?????????????? It took me so long to find a Dr. I am comfortable with. I think Atlantic health care needs to take a look at their office staff. Or at least who ever is answering that phone. I'm in the service business and would be fired by half my clients for acting in that manner."
"Great doctors ( Dr. Solomon is fantastic ). I came here 5 years ago after a 4-month stint in rehab ( broken leg, not drug related ). Dr. S. worked to get me off all the medicine I was on from the hospital ( I'm now down to 2 daily, before I took about 15 - I needed a spreadsheet to chart the times/dosages ). I couldn't be happier with the staff or the docs."
