"They apparently don’t take children under the age of 7. Put up a sign notifying people so they don’t waste their time signing in it scheduling an appointment at your location all together. Russian staff states it’s “location policy”."

"Had my blood draw here at the labcorp. Staff was so rude. Not only she was rude she disregarded infection protocol. The same alcohol pad she used to clean she wrapped it in the bandage and put it back on my arm when she was done. After going back in there for her to fix it she gave me a whole attitude about not wearing a mask. What does me not wearing a mask have to do with you putting the dirty alcohol on now what is an open wound. I said to her if a mask was required, u should have said something because i did not see it on the door…. As i was told that as long as i am vaccinated i could go into walgreens without a mask, i did not see it as It is written small on the door. I wear glasses for a reason…she didnt even let me explain that , she basically just kept talking over me and walking close to me as to basically move me out to the door…. I am a phlebotomist myself and i can report her and will report her to labcorp and the state if need be. Because after talking to her about it. She just keep interrupting what i was saying and said “well next time put a mask on then, i didnt see it put on a mask..”… u didnt seeing something so important is what could have given anyone an infection. This had nothing to do with a mask. It had to do with ur inability to adhere to safety."

"I brought my daughter here to have labs drawn and would recommend. I couldn’t get an appointment until next week at any nearby location. This location takes walk-ins. We checked in at the kiosk and we’re taken right away. The woman drawing the labs was very kind with my daughter and did a wonderful job. Thank you!"
