And I will continues to do all my visits here and my son as well thank you medical staff and to all staff members we surely appreciated your service."

"0 STARS for the Medical Dept! Terrible! I have so many ridiculous terrible experiences here with the admin & Dr. (Wait time, referrals, etc) I won't even waste my time trying to write them all. Yet I will say my biggest issues were always with Joline of the referral dept. One day when I have the time to update this review and write all they unnecessary hassles I went through and all loops I had to jump through just to get them to simply do their jobs throughout all the terrible instances I've had with this place, I will. I just don't have to time nor capacity at the moment to write all the incompetence I've experience. It almost seemed on purpose and spiteful after a while. Just avoid this place at all cost of you can! 5 STARS for the Dental department. They are great, do things much easier, and never a hassle to get things done! Unlike medical. It's like pulling teeth to get certain simple things accomplished (like printing referrals, making necessary phone calls, or even walking 30 feet a way to ask a Dr a question, etc.)."

"This place was recommended to me by my aunt 2 yrs ago and it’s trash. Nobody ever wants to answer the phone but every time I’m there staff at the front is always packed…sometimes it can take me a whole month to finally get a hold of someone. I told Newsam about it because this lady had the nerve to be upset about the fact I couldn’t come sooner but I keep telling her nobody at front desk pick up the phone so it always makes it look like I’m not doing my part when it comes to my health. When it comes to the medication they are just as bad, I either don’t get my medication or theirs a mix up or they will wait a week to put the medication in the system so I can go pick it up. I will definitely be looking for a new dr with a better office cause this is ridiculous."
